Quotations are invited for Preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) under Museum Grant Scheme (under Umbrella Scheme of Development of Museums for F.Y. from 2021-22 to 2026, for creating a museum and for the preservation and conservation of manuscripts and other rare material available at VVBIS&IS, P.U., Hoshiarpur. The Department has total number of 3232 (approx.) rare manuscripts in the Departmental Library in which 1850 in original, 1332 Photostat (Lal Chand Collection), 38 Tad-Patra and 12 on the Bhoj-Patra. Besides that, the Departmental Library has rare books in several thousands.
